Pedro has also held Investment Director positions in several private equity firms such as STAR Capital Partners (UK), and Atlas Capital Private Equity (Spain). Throughout his
career, Pedro has been an active investor, financier and advisor working closely with many founders and creating value in a diverse range of companies. As a Synthesis partner, Pedro
brings a lifetime of experience to ventures looking for capital to grow. Pedro holds a degree in Economics and Business Science (ICADE) and an MBA UIC Chicago.

public sector in large complex system building and strategic technology transformation projects. A former CEO, Ian currently sits on the board of several companies. Throughout his
career Ian has demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship, creating and advising many ventures. As a Synthesis partner, Ian brings his creativity, initiative and leadership to
founders helping to analyse, strategically plan, execute and deliver value. Ian holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering (University of Glasgow) and an EMBA (IESE/Michigan).
